Flowers Enzklösterle 2019
I took these pictures of flowers during my holiday in Enzklösterle in September 2019.

Sunday 15 September
At 7am I woke up and went out of bed. After breakfast I put all the last items in the suitcase. Once all stuff was in the car, we drove to Enzklösterle (8.15am went off). On the way there were a lot of traffic jams, road works and detours. We thought we would arrive our destination at 2pm, but it happened to be 4.30pm. First we had to eat Schwarzwalderkirsch pie (when you are in the Black Forrest you have to eat this pie at least once, right?). Afterwards we went to the appartment. The dog of the owners Lissi ran us over, so excited he was to see us. Once we got the keys, we put our stuff in the appartments. When we were ready, we relaxed a bit. Also played with Lissi the dog. At one point, Lissi got called to go home. So, we had dinner ourselves. After dinner we relaxed more.
Monday 16 September
Around 7.30am I woke up and got up. After breakfast we walked to the shops. First I had to post all the mail I got (it is cheaper to mail it in Germany then in the Netherlands). Then we went to the butcher to see what kind of meals he has from Monday to Friday. We took the leaflet, so we could think about it. After that we went to the start of the Heidelbeer (blueberry) walking tour. When we arrived there, we realised it was too hard for us (steap, hilly). So, we walked on to the midget golf course. It wasn't open on Monday's, so we went on to go to the butcher to get our dinner. Today it was spaghettti bolognese. Back at the appartment we ate the spaghetti. Lissi the dog came as well for a play. We played with Lissi until he got called by the owner. We went in the car and went to Nagold. Up there we walked around the shopping street. At one point we went to a cafe/restaurant at the river to get a drink. Once finished we went to the car and went to a supermarkt (Rewe). Got some stuff. I noticed the coca cola was on sale (in the Netherlands a 4-pack costs about € 8 or € 8.50 and in this supermarkt it was on sale for only € 3.99...). So, I bought 7 of those 4-packs... Crazy, I know, but I can't leave a bargain behind…. Once finished, we went to meet an old co-worker of my mom, but she wasn't home. Now, it was time to go back the appartment and relaxed.

This mornin I woke up at 7.45 am. After breakfast we went to Schloss (castle) Wasserburg in Glat. We walked around it and after that it was time for a Schwarzwalder pie (ofcourse!). Up here you will get a BIG slice of it... Once finished we went to Wolfach. You will find a glass fabric up here. This fabric makes lots of things: vases, mugs, animal figures… There is also a seperate section for Christmas decorations. All made out of glass. In the museum you will learn about the history of making glass. There are people who are making the glass. All hand blown. It is a good way to see how they are making these pieces. In the shop you can buy the items suits you. There is a cupboard with 20 doors. When you pay € 5, you can choose which number you want (or randomly). You will get the key for the door and what is in it, belongs to you. This time I had glas for drinking (in the past I had a little frog). Once we were done, we took the tourist route back to the appartment.

This morning I woke up at 7.30 am. After breakfast we walked to the midget gol course. As we were staying at a camping site (the appartments are part of the camping site), we got some discount from the entrance fee. Allways good, right? The course has 18 holes. We did this in about 1,5 hours. I was second (out of 3 persons). Once finished, we walked to a shop which sells blue berry products. I bought a bag of cookies (which are yummie!). Back to the appartment, we ate a bit. After that, my parents went to an old co-worker of my mother. I stayed at the appartement for some time. Around 3 pm I went for a little walk. Once back at the apartment I relaxed more before my parents came back.

I woke up around 7.30am. After breakfast I had a relaxing morning. Around 12.30pm we went to the butcher to get a meal. Once back at the appartment we had lunch. Around 2 pm I went out for a walk. I walked a part of the Enzpromenade. First I walked a part along the stream that runs through the village. Then I took a turn to walk at the other side of the stream. The first part was really level, but going back, it got really hilly. It was a good walk with nice views. Once back at the appartment I relaxed a bit. Later on I went to the bakery to get some bread. Once back, I relaxed more.

This morning I woke up around 7.30 am. After breakfast I grabbed my bag I went for a walk. I went to the little supermarkt for bottle. Then it was to the post office for more stamps. After this I walked along the main street in Enzklösterle. Then I took an exit to walk along the stream the other way (opposite as the day before). At the appartment I waited before I could go to the butcher for a meal. At 11.30 am I went to get my meal: fried fish and potato salad. Once finishing this, Lissi the dog came along to play. Later in the afternoon I went for another walk. Went via Kirchstrasse to the main street and walked back. The rest of the day I relaxed.

Woke up around 7.30 am. After breakfast I relaxed for a couple of hours. At one point we went for a drive around. Which was nice. Great views along the drive.

Woke up around 7.15 am. After breakfast we packed our belongings as it was time to go home from this great, sunny holiday. Around 9.30 am we left Enzklösterle. The drive home was long as usual. Some traffic jams. We came home around 5pm.
