It is tulip time! The best place to see them is at the Keukenhof. Millions of tulip 🌷 bulbs are shown. There are various colours and species. It is so pretty to see them! 🥰 Especially on a sunny day.
The parc is only opened for about 2 months a year. In 2022 the Keukenhof is open from 24 March till 15 May. The question is when to go when the parc is open. Don't go too early, otherwise the the tulips aren't blooming yet. Don't go too late, otherwise the tulips are gone. It all depends on the weather. This year I went for a visit on 20 April.
In 2020 the parc didn’t open due to Corona/COVID-19. In 2021 the parc started to open a bit. Only 27,000 people went into the parc. In the top year 2019 1,540,000 people came visiting the parc.
It is better to get your tickets (entrance and parking) via internet. Easier excess to the parc and you don’t have to stand in line to purchase them at the front desk at the parc. Due to the Corona/COVID-19 shit for the last 2 years, the parc decided to let a maximum of number of visitors into the parc. Also to spread out the people over the day.
