The Keukenhof is well known for the bulbs blossoming in spring.
This place is located in the west of the country. The whole area around Keukenhof is surrounded by companies/farmers who are producing bulbs (local/worldwide export).
Did you know each year 7 million bulbs are planted here? Yes, you are reading it correctly. These bulbs are the ones which are showing in the spring. Like various tulips (ofcourse!), daffodils and blue grapes.
While you are visiting the Keukenhof, you can make a lot of pictures. One flower is even more beautifull then the other. I just LOVE making pictures from flowers! The pictures added to this blog are my own and made in 2018.
The parc is open from the end of March till the middle of May. You can spend several hours walking around.
